This one looks like a portal but not many properties listed by owners. They have links pointing to the developer website. Probably they’re targetting on selling the ad space for developers to put banners of new projects or developments to get traffic. Not sure whether they have enough traffic to do this?

This website has a simple but professional look. Some important pages like – about us & contact us are missing. I hope the webmaster will quickly fix this problem. Since there are some useful information for foreigners purchasing property in Malaysia, i guess they’re targetting the expat and mm2h programme. They aslo have a list of high end developments around KL.
