Hartanah.net is a well established free property advertisement website in Malaysia. The website has a very good ranking in major serach engines. Even though the design doesn’t look professional, there are quiet a lot of properties posted by agents and owners. There also some useful articles for owners and buyers.
There are some useful articles at realestate2u.info especially the “Tips on condo buying”. Those who looking to buy apt/ condo will find this article valuable. This is a very new website and there isn’t much participation from the public. I guess the owner should do some marketing to attract the crowd. It has all the features to become a complete portal with classifieds ads, forum, article directory, news updates, blog and a directory to link real estate related businesses.
This one looks like a portal but not many properties listed by owners. They have links pointing to the developer website. Probably they’re targetting on selling the ad space for developers to put banners of new projects or developments to get traffic. Not sure whether they have enough traffic to do this?
