Consider checking your credit card holders payment who is prompt and paying in full. Just for RM50 your tellers has been bugging me days and nights during meetings, driving, lunching …. i thot of paying this RM50 owing to HSBC next month instead of sending cheq, parking, wasting time on RM50??? But your tellers are calling everyday for RM50??? Don’t HSBC has a minimum amount owing before they call? I am sure you have RM50,000, RM5,000 owing customers worth their calling! Hmm must consider spending on my other cards now.
